MEET JEN GREENBERG, LCSW
Make space for what matters—including yourself.
Helping high-achieving women and moms find balance in motherhood, relationships, careers, and everything in between. In-person in North Dallas / Plano and online across TX.
Working harder doesn’t seem to be working out.
You’re the person who figures it out—that’s just how it is. You answer the email (and then follow up), remember the appointment, order (and wrap) the birthday gift, handle the thing no one else even noticed needed handling—and somehow you’re still lying in bed wondering what else you could’ve possibly done.
Because there’s always something else to think about….
→ Could I have said that a different way?
→ Was I too harsh on my partner for not helping with dinner?
→ Should I have said no to managing the school carpool?
→ Am I doing enough at work?
→ In my relationship?
→ As a mom?
You keep thinking that if you can just get caught up, get organized, make the right decision, or stay one step ahead, you’ll finally feel more in control…but your brain keeps finding another thing to manage.
Being really good at getting the job done doesn’t mean you should have to white-knuckle your way through your own life.
How I work
You deserve a therapist who gives you more than “tell me more.”
If you’re looking for someone to nod thoughtfully, ask “and how does that make you feel?”, and send you home with a breathing exercise, I’m probably not your girl.
Therapy with me is a two-way conversation. We’ll talk about the real stuff—the thoughts you’re slightly horrified to say out loud, the resentment you feel guilty admitting, the thing you know you’re overthinking but cannot seem to leave alone.
You don’t have to make it sound polished or reasonable. You can just say what’s actually going on, and we’ll work from there.
And we’re not going to talk in circles about it, either. I’ll ask questions, point out patterns, give you something specific to work on, and lovingly call you out when you need it.
There will be sarcasm. There may be cursing. There will absolutely be laughter.
Because doing meaningful work doesn’t require that every session feel heavy. You can feel safe enough to say the real shit out loud—and supported enough to actually do something about it.
My Specialties & Methods
01 ANXIETY
When your brain turns everything into something to analyze, it’s hard to ever feel settled. Quiet the spiral, stop giving every thought so much power, and get back into your life.
02 High Achievers
You know how to get shit done, but somehow, it never feels like enough. Let’s loosen the grip of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and constant self-pressure.
03 Moms
You’re carrying the schedules, the decisions, everyone’s needs—and a mental load no one else seems to see. Therapy gives you somewhere to put it down and make room for yourself, too.
04 Postpartum Anxiety
Motherhood brought a lot more what-ifs, intrusive thoughts, and pressure to get everything “right” than you expected. Let’s turn down the noise so you can trust yourself and be more present in this new chapter.
